Dear Valued Clients:🥰

Now that we have an opening date from the government, BE PATIENT! The Ontario government has released a list of recommendations and expectations for salons when we return to work. There are new protocols that we must all follow upon reopening to ensure everyone's safety. (These are subject to change) I am preparing the salon and have ordered all required PPE for my return. I am are excited to see everyone and welcome you back. It's been a long 11 weeks! Listed are some guidelines upon reopening.

~Masks are now mandatory for anyone entering the salon. You are encouraged to bring your own, if however you don't have one, I will have some for 5$ to purchase.

~I will disinfect my work station between each client, this will take time and because of this it is of most importance you arrive on time for your appointment, I will be working on a tight schedule, and due to this if you are late I will have no choice but to reschedule.

~ Upon booking and entering the salon I must screen customers for any symptoms, If you have any cold or flu like symptoms, including allergies, I ask that you kindly reschedule for a later date. Please be honest! I will respectfully do the same and reschedule

~When arriving for a haircut , the ministry suggested arriving with freshly cleaned hair to reduce close proximity at the shampoo basin. No blow drys will be performed until further notice! (Hoping this is only for the short term)

~If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait in your car and I will invite you in when I am ready for you, again this is to avoid having too many people in the salon at close proximity.

~To avoid having to clean and sanitize the salon restroom every time a client uses it and to cut down on the time it would take to do so, I please ask that you use the restroom prior to coming, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will anyone be permitted to use the washroom or enter my living area.

~Any drinks to clients while having services done are not allowed to be offered, therefore I ask that you please bring your own water bottle or drink of choice.

~To prevent the spread of germs I have removed all reading material from the salon until things return to normal, please feel free to bring your own book or magazine from home. I kindly ask to please keep all personal items off my working station.

~In consideration of money handling I ask that you try to have exact change (although not necessary)

~please come alone, no children or friends at this time please!

~ We must practice social distancing ( 6 feet apart) whenever possible within the salon. Sorry no Hugs yet 😭

Finally, I realize everyone is desperate need to have their hair done, once I have a confirmed opening day, I will be in touch to reschedule all your missed appointments. I will try my very best to fit everyone in as soon as possible, but I do ask for your patience and understanding.

~Due to all these new rules and regulations it
may take a little longer to schedule everyone in, but please know I am trying my very best.

Hello Beautiful! I am receiving the news of reopening the same as you are! I am a waiting opening protocol and guideline information to come in so I can operate safely and properly! I hate to keep you waiting but will let you know when I have everything in place to keep us all safe! I appreciate your continued patience and understanding of how over whelmed I am with everyone needing some hair therapy!!! I am looking forward to making you look and feel your best when I am able to do so!!!
To be fair I will reach out to those who had an appointment in March and then open up to those needing root touch ups! I am not sure if I will be able to accommodate more then one client at a time with the space I have to work with so you can imagine how long it will take me to work through my very loyal following! Please be patient and understanding as I will try to figure out how I can accommodate everyone in a timely order who has been waiting for a long over due appointment! ❤️
