Five years ago this month Stacey and myself officially opened Shear Bliss Hair Studio , the quaint little salon we’ve all grown to love and a place we called home . We put in lots of love , sweat and elbow grease to get it to where we were finally happy to call it ours. We worked side by side for the last 5 years planning on what are next adventure would bring once the lease came due . Unfortunately the universe had other plans, we lost a partner , daughter, sister and friend, it’s still hard to believe your gone . Our lease was set to expire , the building was listed and sold , new adventures await . It’ll never be the same without you, and you’ll forever be remembered and always missed . Rest easy our beautiful Stacey ❤️

It is with such a heavy heart that I write this, still in disbelief that Stacey has suddenly passed away earlier in the week. Her smile , talent and all around gentle soul will forever be missed, but never forgotten . It was a real pleasure knowing her and an honour being able to work with her side by side these last 5 years . She will be so greatly missed , and remembered always 💔💔💔💔💔

We are officially going to be reopening the salon Friday July 2. We will be reaching out to all cancelled appointments, and everyone on our call back lists over the next week . We are looking forward to seeing each and everyone of you again ❤️

Our guidelines will continue to be as followed

1. We will only be accepting clients with appointments at this time, we ask if you would like an appointment please give us a call, and try to avoid just walking in
2. We ask that you do not enter the salon until we wave you in ( due to capacity limitations) please don’t show up early , you will be asked to wait in your car/outside
3. Hands will be sanitized upon entering the salon, sanitizer will be provided. Clients will be pre screened before all appointments
4. Stylist and clients will be required to wear face masks during the duration of the appointment, ( mingle masks are not permitted) we ask if you have a mask to please use it , if not one maybe provided to you.
5. We will not be offering coffee, tea or snacks during this , magazines will also be unavailable
6. We ask that you don’t touch anything around the salon , if you would like to purchase product please ask your stylist
7. Appointment times may run a little longer than usual , please be patient with us during this time
8. Only bring yourself , please do not bring added guests , as we are trying to limit the number of people in the salon .

It has been 4 years now since we opened our doors here at Shear Bliss Hair Studio, its amazing how time flies. Thank you to all our amazing clients, friends and families for your continued support , especially through the last year, and these uncertain times. We want you to know without you our dream would not have been possible, we appreciate each and everyone of you and cant wait to re open our doors again , and see your smiling faces ❤️(well at least your smiling eyes ) Too many more years to come 🥂 cheers !!

Hi, we would like to keep everyone updated as things change , at this time the new reopening date for us here at Shear Bliss Hair Studio will unfortunately not be until at least July. We will continue to cancel appointments in sequence , reaching out and rescheduling everyone once we know we will be allowed to re open again. At this time we will not be booking any appointments, anyone wanting an appointment will be added to a callback list. We will continue to do curbside pickup for anyone needing any product . As most of you already know, we here at Shear Bliss Hair Studio went back into lockdown as of 12:01am today. We would like to thank all of our clients/friends & family for their continued support through these trying times ❤️.
All appointments that are cancelled due to the shutdown will be honoured , and held in sequence of cancellation . At this time we will not be booking any appointments going forward, but will be adding any requests for an appointment to a call back list for the time being .
