Grey blending isn’t just one service, it’s a journey.

At La Viva Hair Studio, we created our own Grey Blending Level System (Level 1–4) to help clients understand where they are starting and what type of service their hair may need.

Everyone begins in a different place. Some clients want to softly blend their greys, some want intentional brightness and dimension, and others are ready to transition away from years of permanent colour.

Here’s how our levels work:

Level 1 — Soft Grey Blending
For clients who want to soften greys without full coverage.
A demi-permanent colour is applied only where greys grow to gently blend them with the rest of the hair.

Level 2 — Babylight Enhancement
For clients growing into their natural salt & pepper who want intentional brightness and dimension while enhancing their natural grey pattern.

Level 3 — Grey Transition Service
For clients with existing permanent colour who want to begin transitioning back to their natural grey.
This service focuses on removing old colour and creating the foundation for a softer grey blend.

Level 4 — Full Colour Correction Transition
For clients with very dark or years of heavy permanent colour who want to fully transition back to their natural salt & pepper.
This is a more advanced corrective process and may require multiple sessions.

These levels are La Viva Hair Studio’s custom system, designed to create a clear plan for your grey blending journey.
