I love the double sided thin brushes as I must do my bottom lashes ALWAYS and I have blonde lashes so I like them long looking when done my makeup 😁

For as long as I can remember health and fitness have always been important to me. 💕I took gym all the way through school, was on different teams and even took sports medicine and made sure to hold my first aid. I was always big on keeping in shape.
Over the years my back decided to be against me, now it's every day of pain and def harder, I can't just do whatever exercise anymore etc.

BUT I MUSt PUSH THROUGH👍

One of my very first coaches said:

" There's no such thing as can't, can't means You're not willing to try!"

It stuck and I will forever find a way!

With that said I want to know what's your favorite stretch or exercise?
