If you’re a women building health, strength or confidence right now - don’t just quit because it feels hard right now.

Some workouts suck.
Building new habits feels hard.
Starting over after setbacks, illness, children or hormonal changes feels hard.

But your body is amazing. And she adapts.
Your mindset is resilient, and will get stronger.
Your energy feels low now, but it will improve.

What feels difficult now can become your new normal with consistency.

Please - keep going. This uncomfortable part is where change happens.

You could never…never get in shape, never be a “gym girl”, never get strong? These are thoughts that run in your head all of the time when you see other people doing the thing.

Maybe it’s time you stop putting yourself last & let’s see where you can really get to. I’m here to build and support strong women. Sometimes all it takes in someone in your corner.

You’re the one making sure everyone else is okay before yourself.

The caregiver, the mother, the driver, the everything and anything needed.

And somewhere along the way, running yourself to the ground has become a part of your life. But maybe it’s time to question that.

If you never put time for yourself - your energy, sleep, recovery, health - your body will tell the tale and there won’t be anything for yourself let alone others.

There’s no reason to feel shame around this - I am the SAME. It is tough. I get it. But here to tell you to give yourself some grace. 🤗

You do not need to panic your way into summer.

You probably don’t need a detox.
You probably don’t need to cut everything out.
And you definitely don’t need to become a completely different person overnight.

Most people already know the things that make them feel good:
• moving their body
• eating more whole foods
• strength training
• drinking water
• getting back into routines

The problem is they keep abandoning the basics trying to chase fast results.

This summer I’m not trying to reinvent myself.
I’m just becoming more consistent with the woman I already know I want to be.

And honestly? That’s usually where the real confidence comes from. Not extremes.

Just keeping promises to yourself long enough to feel proud again.

Built through the choices made every single day.

Through the uncomfortable growth.
Through the hard conversations.
Through showing up even when it would’ve been easier not to.

Every year I look back and can’t believe how much I’ve overcome, how much I’ve grown, and how grateful I am that I chose growth over comfort.

Because comfort is easy.
Sleeping in is easy.
Skipping the workout is easy.
Ordering takeout is easy.
Blaming everyone else is easy.

But what’s hard is waking up years later wondering what happened.
When did you stop choosing yourself?
When did you decide to settle?

The life you want is built slowly.
One choice at a time.
