Without or without liner? I usually don’t leave my house without liner on... it just makes me feel like my look is complete! Also, what do you guys think of this shadow color? It’s called Bandana Shimmer and it’s the prettiest color. I usually go to more neutrals but tried something new today! All of our shadows are cream to powder, which means you can rock these bold colors without the fear of them dripping down your face during application! 🙌🏼
