Why shouldn’t you force yourself to start your day at 4am?
1. Your family life may have you being a night owl and real early mornings may not allow you to have the amount of sleep you require to have the most productive day
2. Your natural body cycle may work best when you wake later as your best productive time may be in the afternoon or evening.
Plus, the bonus in all this is when you know when your body desires to be awake, you get ti incorporate it with achievingyour goals easily.
When I first started my daily routine, I lived in procrastination. It wasn't until I faced why I put of activities that build myself up that I began to see real changes. Now, I want to share this approach with you so that you can achieve your goals because you are aligned with the activities of your day.

So many women stay stuck because they're trying to figure out every detail before they begin. They want certainty before taking action.
But confidence is built through action, not before it.

Waiting too long to create an aligned daily routine that works for their purpose.
I get it - maybe you think you don't have the time to commit to a daily routine because of your other responsibilities or obligations.
Or you feel overwhelmed because you just don't know where to start.
