I have been an Certified Equine Massage Therapist for 8 years and I have a true passion for making our four-legged family members feel and perform their best.
I am hoping to share ongoing knowledge and continue to train these hands to benefit our horses! Hey guys! I know I’ve been MIA but while I’ve been gone I’ve been learning a whole new way of not only massage and release, but areas of focus for training and helping a horse function in a bio mechanically correct way. I have never been SO EXCITED at the prospect of how many horses can be helped through these methods. Here’s a before and after of my miss mare herself after utilizing some new methods and balance work with Balanced with Betsy!! But that neck though. Lots of progress but lots more to do!
This has got me thinking about the billions of things we all learned for years in terms of how to train a horse and which types of movements are “correct”. Boy we were wrong!
