🎄Don’t Overcommit Yourself

🎄Stay On A Budget

There’s nothing that ruins your peace more than facing those credit card bills in January.

🎄Get Organized

Have a list of ideas before you go shopping.
Keep track of everything you are buying, who it’s for and how much you’re spending.
Prepare some meals ahead of time and store in your freezer. Freezer meals are better than takeout!

🎄Avoid People Who Stress You Out

This one can be hard especially if those people are family or coworkers. You can be proactive and keep conversation minimal and ignore their attempts to engage you in conflict.

🎄Don’t Forget About Self Care

Make sure you are still eating properly, drinking plenty of water and getting adequate sleep. You definitely don’t want to be sick during the holidays.

🎄Don’t Try To Do Everything Yourself

Delegate chores. Ask people to contribute. Keep it simple.

🎄GIVE

There are so many people less fortunate than you. Give in whatever way you can.

🎄Be Still

Don’t plan every moment. Leave a margin for magic.

🎄Remember Loved Ones No Longer With Us

Memories even though they can be painful can also bring healing. Look at the pictures. Tell the stories. Cry. 💔
Then honour them by loving the ones you still have with you.
