Appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of $30 to be charged to you at your next appointment. Appointments take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours (this could vary depending on art work you want). If you arrive to your appointment and tell me you need to leave by a specific time that is shorter than 2 hours your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged $30. You will be charged this amount as I have set this time aside for you and I also have expenses because you have booked your appointment and I have put my son in daycare. If you NO SHOW for your appointment you will be charged a fee of $30. I will require that you pay this fee before your next appointment will be booked. If you NO SHOW for a 2nd appointment you will be required to pay the fee before another appointment is booked along with the price of a white fill cost (so you will be charged $65 to be able to book another appointment after a 2nd no show. If you would like to have anything other than white nails done at this appointment I will gladly do so and will charge you the difference at the time of your appointment. I have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow my policies.
