When you look at a petal of the wild rose, you will see it looks like a heart, this is the rose showing us how it can help us. Rose petal infused honey is very helpful for grief and helps us to heal our hearts.

Lilac Ice Cream 💜💜💜
Been dreaming of making this for years, with my absolute favorite flower. 🍇

I infused the flowers in cashew milk in the fridge for about 36 hours and it worked to infuse the floral flavour!! It was an experiment to see what would happen, so grateful it worked.

Added in some vanilla whey protein, and it tastes amazing!! 💜💜💜
