Lately, managing appointment requests through texts and direct messages through social media has become difficult to keep track of alongside my work and personal responsibilities. I’m finding it challenging to maintain timely and professional communication this way.

To make things smoother and more reliable for everyone, online booking is really the only and best way to schedule with me. This ensures your appointments are recorded accurately and helps me stay organized so I can give you my best service.

I truly appreciate how connected and supportive you all are. At the same time, the volume of messages has become a bit overwhelming, so I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in using the online system.

🌿 Important Update: New Sickness Policy 🌿

Hi everyone,

I want to share a new policy that’s very important for both your care and mine. As some of you know, I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. This means my immune system is compromised, and if I get sick, I’ll have to reschedule all of my appointments until I recover. To help keep everyone healthy and appointments running smoothly, I’m introducing a new Sickness Policy:

✨ If you are feeling sick or have been around anyone fairly sick, you must reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
✨ If you arrive sick to your appointment without rescheduling, you will be kindly asked to rebook for a later date, and 50% of your appointment cost will be charged. The good news is that amount will be credited toward your next appointment.
✨ If you no-show, 100% of your appointment cost will be charged. Hairstyling is my only form of income & just like you I have bills to pay.

This policy is not only for my health, but also to keep the space safe for all of my clients. I truly appreciate your understanding, kindness, and cooperation as I navigate this new chapter in my health.
