Toronto, let’s stay in together 💕

When the UV index is working overtime, staying indoors suddenly feels like self-care. ☀️✨

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin, and I finish the treatment with polynucleotides to support healing, hydration, and overall skin quality.

Summer isn’t off-limits for microneedling—you just need to be committed to protecting your skin afterward. If you’re going to be staying inside for a few days anyway, a heat wave isn’t the worst time to invest in your collagen.

Have you tried microneedling before? 🤍

So yes… I hit a personal high of 120 units of Dysport and Nuceiva.

That might sound like a lot, but when you’re treating the full face and neck, the total adds up quickly. My goal is long-lasting, balanced results, so I prefer to treat comprehensively and less frequently.

Successful full-face treatment isn’t about using the most product—it’s about understanding facial anatomy, choosing the right neurotoxin, using appropriate dosing for each muscle, and having the patience to let the treatment settle over the full two to three weeks.

Every face is different, and every treatment plan should be too. What works for me isn’t necessarily what I’d recommend for someone else—that’s why a thorough assessment always comes first.

If you’ve been curious about full-face tox or want a personalized treatment plan, I’d love to see you for a consultation.

Curious about Biofiller?

Biofiller is made from your own blood. I use a small blood sample to create a natural, gel-like filler that’s then injected to restore volume and improve skin quality.

It’s a great option for those looking for a more natural approach to facial rejuvenation and can be used in carefully selected areas like the tear troughs, cheeks, temples, and around the mouth.

Every treatment starts with a consultation to determine whether you’re a good candidate and whether biofiller or another treatment is the best option for your goals.

Questions? Drop them below or book a consultation—I love talking skin. 🤍

My brain needed a break.

So I pressed pause for 10 minutes.

Lying down to meditate helps quiet my busy mind, and a little red light at the same time feels like a perfect act of self-care. Supporting my skin while taking care of myself? That’s a habit I’m happy to keep.

Anyone else need this reminder today? ❤️

120 units?! Sounds like a lot… 👀

It definitely can—until you see where they actually go.

In this video I’m breaking down exactly how my full face and neck was treated and why.

Remember:
✨ Everyone’s anatomy is different.
✨ Treatment plans are individualized.
✨ More units doesn’t mean “more frozen”—it often means treating multiple small muscles strategically for balance and natural movement.

Saving this for my 2-week follow-up so you can see how everything settles. Stay tuned.

Have you ever been surprised by how many (or how few) units you needed?

Nobody warns you that building your dream business comes with the very real possibility of becoming emotionally invested in inventory orders.

But here we are.

A little Dysport.
A little confidence boost.
A little reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t frivolous. ✨

If you’re due for a June pick-me-up, girl, my chair is ready for you. 🤍
