Fine lines usually do not appear overnight!
They often begin as dynamic lines, which means they show up with repeated facial movement such as smiling, frowning, squinting, or raising the eyebrows. Over time, with repeated muscle activity and changes in skin elasticity, those lines may become visible even when the face is relaxed.
Botulinum toxin is used in medical aesthetics to temporarily relax specific muscles responsible for these repetitive movements. By reducing excessive muscle contraction, it may help soften existing dynamic lines and support prevention before they become deeper static lines.
The goal of treatment is not to remove facial expression. It is to create a balanced, natural-looking result while maintaining movement and facial character.
