Drink Your Water!

Getting a massage, kneads and works the muscle, which gets fluid pumping out of the soft tissue and into your circulatory system. From there it heads to the kidneys which uses the water to process toxins and nutrients and flush out certain waste products. (This is why many people need to urinate post massage or can feel slightly dizzy). Due to this dehydrating process you need to replenish all that lost water.

A well hydrated body transports oxygen throughout ALL the cells. This improves muscle health and recovery. Drinking water helps to prevent muscle cramping and it lubricates the joints in your body.

Water also helps in digestion, skin health, regulating body temperature and blood pressure, it aids in weigh loss and improves exercise performance.
