Country Living Massage Therapy

Hi hi!
Well, Word is out, so I wanted to share it with you directly—I’ll be off work from October 23 until the New Year as I undergo knee surgery. Because of the nature of the complete meniscal tear, I’ll be off my feet for minimum 6–8 weeks post surgery (not ideal for a massage therapist!).

I’m sad to miss out on massaging all of you wonderful people through the last couple of months of 2025, but my plan is to come back strong and ready in the new year once this knee is rehabbed. I’m looking forward to getting back to day-to-day life and all the fun things I love doing—because let’s be honest, not being able to do them makes me a little grumpy (but not really grumpy… okay maybe just a little, haha).

I truly appreciate your support. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, and feel free to send me a joke or something funny along the way—I’ll need those laughs during recovery. Oh! And if you want to plan a holiday- don’t forget- I am also a travel advisor and will be working from my laptop once I’m home! is where you can find me!

Mission Complete!
What a brilliant and magical find it was!
Just under 12km out n back, some chains and ropes to get to the end destination, blue bird skies surrounded by nature- it was simply perfect. 🩶🩵

The adventure of hiking to Crypt Lake was a goal of ours that brought pure happiness upon completion. What a wild ride. Thankful for moments like these.

Grapes, Cherries & Apples have been the theme of this summer. What a fun way to experience areas in BC we have not yet explored.
