I would like to thank all my wonderful clients for coming to see me over the past 18years and making my business so enjoyable and successful.
I am moving on to a new adventure, I’ll be trading the snow shovel for a beach bucket and spade and heading to Portugal.

Hello there!
I am still in Portugal, but I now have a more solid plan of return.
I’ll be back beginning of June and then the quarantine for 14 days .
When I’m back I’ll start contacting all those that have contacted me already and start scheduling appointments.

Good news! My massage practice will be opening up Monday June 15th.
I am working through my wait list and getting my clients booked in. If I have not contacted you yet and you would like an appointment please contact me through the usual ways of text, phone or email.
It will be a little bit of a different process now to ensure distancing between clients, allowing extra time between each client for thorough sanitizing, proper use of PPE and Covid-19 screening. All will be explained in detail when your appointment is booked.

Hello again.
It looks like I could be seeing you all again soon. Massage Therapy is in Stage 2 for the reopening of businesses. Which could be relatively soon if Stage 1 goes ok.
I have completed a course in Infection Prevention Control and Personal Protective equipment, as requested my my massage association.
We are yet to be advised on the measures we as therapists and you as clients require with regards to protective equipment (etc.) that will need to be in place prior to opening.

I am also completing refresher courses in Plantar Fasciitis and Carpal Tunnel syndrome.

To all my Dear client friends,
I have made the decision to temporally close my business effective March 18th.
The decision to do so is based on recommendations by our government and our associations. I believe this is the right thing to do for the safety of my clients and the community as a whole.

I will be contacting all clients who have upcoming appointments in the next few weeks. I am unsure how long I will need to stay closed but will re-evaluate in early April.

It saddens me to think that I can not help you out at this time. If you would like advise on how to try and self alleviate muscle discomfort or be talked through some stretching exercises please contact me. I'm here.. (or maybe with my horses who are now the recipients of the massages)
