2. Prebook your fills to ensure lashes are not twisting excessively

3. Sleep on your back if possible

1. Don’t use oil based cleansers or cleansers with active ingredients on your lashes

2. Don’t pick/rub at lashes, or brush too hard as extensions grow out. This can cause breakage and damage your lashes

3. Don’t rub your eyes or face on pillow and bedding excessively
