🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
Today, our FCH family wears orange to honour the children who never came home, the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and Indigenous communities across Canada.
Every Child Matters. 🧡
Today is a day to pause, listen, learn, and remember. Reconciliation begins with understanding the truth of what happened, acknowledging the lasting impact on generations of Indigenous families and communities, and continuing to create space for respect, understanding, and healing.
To our stylists wearing orange today — thank you for helping keep this important conversation visible. May we carry the spirit of Every Child Matters with us not just today, but throughout the year.
🧡 We remember. We listen. We learn. We honour. We commit to doing better.
Every Child Matters. 🧡
