I am so happy to be in the green phase, however with the Covid numbers increasing I have decided to keep the mask mandatory for the moment. This will keep you and myself safe. Once seated behind the plexiglass the mask can be removed and drinks will be aloud. If you have any symptoms please contact me to change your appointment.

2-Has anyone in your household experienced any of these symptoms in the past 14 days?
3-In the past 14 days, have you been in contact with someone with Covid?
4-Have you travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days?
5-Have you been in contact with anyone who has travelled or arrived from outside Canada in the pas 14 days?

Due to PPE (supplies) that I haven’t received yet and are needed I am not able to open any earlier.
