To my valued clients:

For some time now, I have been thinking of amending my work schedule in order to be more present in our daughter’s day to day life. As some of you may know, Soralie will be starting school this Fall. I will, therefore, no longer be offering my services in the evenings and on Saturdays effective end of June.

It was a difficult decision which wasn’t made lightly and I understand how this may be inconvenient to some of you.

Please know I appreciate your understanding and am very grateful to you, my valued clients.

Depuis quelque temps, je songe à modifier mon horaire de travail afin d’être plus présente dans le quotidien de notre fille. Comme plusieurs d’entre vous le savent, Soralie fera sa rentrée scolaire cet automne. Je n’offrirai donc plus mes services les soirs et le samedi à compter de la fin Juin.

Ce fût une décision difficile qui n’a pas été faite à la légère et je comprends que ceci puisse causer des inconvénients pour certains d’entre vous.

Sachez que j’apprécie beaucoup votre soutien et que je suis très reconnaissante de votre clientèle.

To all my valued clients, I am happy to announce the re-opening of my salon. I will be contacting all clients who had an appointment scheduled prior to the shutdown. If you did not have a scheduled appointment and wish to be added to my call list, please contact me.

Prior to Appointment: A self-screening questionnaire will be sent to you or done by phone.

Arriving for your appointment: please arrive no earlier than five minutes prior to your appointment and remain in your vehicle. I will text or call you when you can come in (or greet you at the door). Access to the waiting area will not be permitted and you will be unable to have anyone accompanying you inside (excepting children and those requiring assistance).

PPE/Sanitation: You will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the salon. You will also be asked if you have travelled outside NB within the last two weeks, if you have any symptoms related to Covid19 (cough, fever, etc.) or if you have been in contact with someone who does. If any of the above applies to you, I will, unfortunately, not be able to serve you. It is also highly recommended that you wear a mask and that you please don’t wear gloves.

Salon Information: Payments via etransfer preferred (but will accept cash if this is not possible).

Sanitizing and cleaning: For your protection and mine, I will be wearing a mask and apron and washing my hands between each client. Gloves will be discarded between each client. Every client will have a clean towel and cape. Bathroom will be cleaned and sanitized after each use. Chair, station, shampoo unit and tools will also be sanitized between each client. As well, door handles, light switches and surfaces will be wiped down continuously throughout the day.

Hey everyone, just a little note to keep you in the loop...it looks like if NB can go 10-14 consecutive days without any new cases of Covid-19, they will re-evaluate which businesses are allowed to reopen. That being said, please know I miss you all and can’t wait to return to work. As soon as I am able to reopen, I will be contacting all clients who had a scheduled appointment from March 19th onward. Allo tout l’monde...un petit message pour vous tiendre à jour. D’après les médias, si le NB peut aller de 10-14 jours consécutifs sans nouveau cas du Covid-19, le gouvernement sera en mesure de réévaluer quelles entreprises auront le droit d’ouvrir leurs portes. Sachez que je vous manque tous énormément et que j’ai bien hâte de retourner au travail. Aussitôt que je serai capable de réouvrir mon salon, je prendrai contacte avec les client-es qui avaient un rendez-vous de cédulé à compter du 19 mars. Thank you to all my wonderful clients for your patience, I look forward to welcoming each and everyone of you to my new salon located at 11 Du Ruisseau street in Dieppe. After almost a year, I am very pleased to announce that my salon "Splash of color" is almost ready.
