This Christmas, we want to do something special for local kids and families in need in the Duncan and Nanaimo communities! 🎁

I’m looking to team up with some local businesses and individuals to put together gift baskets and service bundles, with all proceeds going toward helping local children and families have a brighter Christmas. ❤️

🎁 HOW IT WORKS:
✨ Tickets will be $20 each, and you can purchase as many as you’d like!
✨ Each gift basket or service bundle will have its own separate draw box, so you can choose which prizes you’d like to enter to win.
✨ Simply purchase your tickets and place them into the draw boxes for the prizes that interest you most!
✨ Ticket sales will run from November 1st to December 10th, with winners drawn on December 20th.

Our goal is to raise as much as we can and get donations into the hands of local families in time for Christmas! 🎅🏼

Progress on this Extra large, Extra dark back piece! Here’s a few back to back brow clients from last week that saw some amazing results. Both photos taken before and about 5 mins after ONE treatment!

We totally understand that life happens! Things come up, plans change, and sometimes emergencies happen that are completely out of your control. We’ll always do our best to be understanding and use our discretion when unexpected circumstances arise.

That said, we also need to protect our time and our business. Especially as we head into our busy season, we ask that you please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our cancellation policy:

* Cancellations or rescheduling made 48+ hours before your appointment: No fee.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: $50
* No-shows: $100

Giving us 48 hours allows us enough time to offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting for an opening.

Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will need to be paid before your next appointment. If the fee hasn’t been paid beforehand, it will simply be added to the balance of your next appointment
