Miss Parkland County World 2022

Day 6: rehearsals at a tbe community center where I SAW A BLACK SQUIRREL. I never knew those existed until I got here. According to my research; black squirrels are a genetic mutation in the DNA causing them to turn ‘black’. They are actually called the Eastern Grey Squrriels. The Eastern Grey Squrriels are taking over the City if Toronto.

After rehearsals we had the fitness test. I learned I was able to do more push ups than I thought I could. Same goes for squats, because of my bad knee, I’ve always had a hard time with squats at the gym. Learned I was able to do way more than I thought.

After the fitness test we went down to the hotel to get ready for our next event. During rehearsals they announced who made top 25 in top model, so we went to Lavelles for them to compete again. Top 3 models get selected to compete on the final night on stage infront of everyone.

Day 6: THANK YOU LAVELLES FOR THE BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE ❤️ I absolutely LOVED the food. I would highly recommend to everyone that if you’re going out to eat for dinner, Lavelles is the place to go! Lavelle doesn’t offer only the typically tables and chairs, they offer couch’s for reservations, a bar in the center if that’s your thing, great music and an amazing view of the city! My only downside to Lavelle’s was the washroom, the bathroom was the size of airport bathroom. Being a mid sized girl, it was tricky to get into the bathroom. Other than that everything was amazing. THANK YOU LAVELLE

These 3 queens will be crowning the next girls in line at finals! Miss intercontinental will be at finals as well! All the titles that will be crowned tonight are; Miss world Canada 2022, Miss Earth Canada 2022, Miss intercontinental Canada 2022, Miss Grand Canada 2022, Miss Supranational Canada 2022!

This was day 5: rehearsals and the prelim show!!
I loved the show, it was fun! We did the swimsuit, gown and fashion.

In 1918, on this day, on the 11th hour was the end of the First World War. Today is known as ‘Rememberance day’, also known as ’Armistice day’. The Armistice agreement was signed between Germany, and the allied forces in Paris on Monday November 11th.
Please take a minute of your time to Remember the fallen soldiers who never made it home. The soldiers who fought their lives for our country. The soldiers who are alive. Salute them, they are the great hero’s.

Day 4: Our 3rd stop of the night was the Empire Supper Club. It was a beautiful place. I would totally go there again for another bite. Every few minutes they would bring a tray of food, and replace it with something different when the other trays got empty. The music there was amazing, the environment was very friendly.

Day 4: Our second stop of the trip was downtown Toronto. We parked the bus infront and all 50 of us ran to the sign for photos 😂. The weather here was amazing, I would love to come back again, if was 20° today. After we took pictures we walked over to the mall a block away and went shopping for an hour and a half.

Today was day 4, we did rehearsals from 8am-2pm. Afterwards our chaperones took us on a tour of Toronto! This was our first stop. lamo Toronto. It was a great tour. I loved all the architecture and furnishings. Most of all I love the view and design of the building. one day I’m going to come back and find that statue (there was a riddle, solve the riddle and find the hidden statue)

Day 3: we went out to supper at Congee Queen restaurant which served a beautiful and delicious dinner. Spring rolls, rice with sweet and sour sauce, duck and veggies. I want to thank Congee queen restaurant for dining us tonight, it was a pleasure.

Day 3: today was rehearsals day! I loved it. We did some walks, spins and much more! I can’t wait for the show to show off what I learnt. We then did our head to head challenge (my video is already posted). Sadly I did not make it through the head to head challenge but that’s okie there’s more to the competition! After the show we went back to the hotel to get ready for dinner.
