What’s in my cup?
The first thing that goes into our system is important. After 6 to 8 hours of sleep our bodies are slightly dehydrated. If water intake the day before was not great, even more!
So I drink warm water with lime every morning.
This has been a habit for many years.

I almost want to cry of how good of an opportunity this crazy shampoo business is! I have so much fun with this business. I get amazing personal and professional development and I get paid for it.
