Matte'r Effect top coat
Using the large dotting tool ( #1) and short skinny brush ( #12) from the creativity set, applied drops of nightly affair and then topped with shimmer No. 4 - Excelsior
Used fanbrush ( #3) to remove excess shimmer from nail 💅🏽
