Momma bear contacted me regarding her teen daughter’s pimple patch reaction.

Teen client has SEVERE allergies and eczema and had a reaction to the pimple patch. Teen client goes back to school at the end of August and mom was frantic for a solution. However, mom wanted a more natural solution.

Treatment: teen client came in and we did a gentle face wash, followed up wit a bit of tea tree oil gel and aloe vera gel. We finished off with my Prickly Pear + Pumpkin Seed Oil Serum. Homecare routine is a gentle face wash, my Prickly Pear + Pumpkin Seed Oil Serum and a gentle moisturizer.

Why consultations are important…

A young lady attended my Skincare 101 Workshop and had a ton of questions.

At the end of the workshop, we spoke about what her skin issues are. She wanted to purchase product. I told her let’s hold off and do a free 15 min discovery. If after that you want to purchase product, I will honour my 15% discount.

A couple of nights later, we spoke. She told me what her skin issues were and how much it was affecting her confidence.

We talked about next steps and products she could use now. One of the biggest things I said to her was, I won’t bring you in the treatment room until you have a skincare routine down. 90% of your skin journey is your home routine.

We did a mini follow up where she made another purchase of product and told me how her skin feels better.

Fast forward to today…I’m incredibly happy and proud of her and her skin journey.
