Jayne works with each client individually to understand their needs and deliver the best massage to attain their wellness goals. She will customize each massage treatment offering, deep tissue treatments, Trigger Point Therapy, Kinetic massage, Myofascial release techniques, cupping therapy and general relaxation massage techniques. Jayne is very passionate about her clients health and places a strong emphasis on individual education about the body and self-care recommendations such as stretching, strengthening and postural awareness. Through her own experiences, she has learned that health is made up of many components, and there are many ways a person can achieve their optimum health.
