This past week was incredibly full. I had family in town, appointments, changed up my routines, open houses for high schools with my teen & navigating other teen moments as a parent that I won't get into here. Let's just say my baby is growing up, & it's a MF challenge to support her authentic self while still being true to mine and my responsibilities as a mother.
(OMG I HAVE A TEEN GOING INTO HIGH SCHOOL! HOLY F. THAT HAPPENED FAST)

Believe it or not one of the hardest things about staying in alignment is being a mother. WHY??
Because it's a thin line between supporting the authentic selves of each of my children while learning how to parent in ways that are authentic to me instead of following generational loops while healing trauma & clearing toxic generational patterns.

Sounds fun right?

To be honest… most days it is. I actually enjoy the process of healing & uncovering new versions of my authentic self as I align more & more with my soul purpose. Weird I know. But I love seeing the change, the growth and how it positively impacts my children.

So when life gets busy, & my children go through important life changes & I learn how to navigate them as they grow into adults, I need to remember the importance of moving slow.

The importance of not rushing, not pushing things. The gift of surrender & recalibration.

If I'm in alignment, my SOUL LED business stays in alignment too. Taking time out for me or my family is not selfish or careless, it's healthy, needed & should be normalized in society.

As life unfolded over the past week I recognized where I needed to take a break to be able to show up fully and authentically for my family.
Yes I had some fear about "not showing up" but there is a difference between taking a break & not showing up. I was afraid my business might suffer.

It did not.

In fact nothing changed, & I started birthing a new offer. LOL!
