It’s easy to assume all acne is treated the same… but different types of acne need completely different approaches.

This is one of the biggest reasons people stay stuck. Using products or treatments that aren’t actually right for the type of acne they’re dealing with.

Some skin needs inflammation calmed first.
Some needs congestion cleared.
Some needs barrier repair before anything aggressive.

Understanding what’s actually happening in the skin is the first step toward treating it properly.

I’ve realized the things that make the biggest difference aren’t usually the most dramatic.

They’re the little things that make mornings easier, help you feel more confident, and require less daily maintenance. As a busy mom, I need things to be easy on the day to day.

For me, that’s healthy skin, lashes, laser hair removal, good brows, and getting enough sleep (when life allows 😅).

What’s the one thing that makes you feel the most put together?

A very scientific summary of most laser appointments 😂😘

Real skin correction isn’t about doing the most aggressive treatment possible. It’s about understanding what the skin actually needs, when it needs it, and creating consistency over time.

Healthy skin is built strategically… not rushed.

Most people are surprised by how quick laser actually is. Underarms? Fast. Upper lip? Basically done before you settle in.

The biggest feedback I hear:
“I thought it would be way worse.” Or “That’s it?!”

Everyone’s tolerance is different, but modern laser is not what people imagine 🤍

Don’t be like him.

If your skin is dry… let’s actually deal with it.

Sometimes it’s as simple as a product swap. Sometimes your skin barrier needs a little repair. Sometimes your skin just needs a hydration pick-me-up treatment and a little extra support.

Dry, tight, dull skin isn’t something you just have to put up with.

This is one of those products I consistently come back to… both in treatments and in my own routine…. AND in clients home care routines cuz it’s really that good and everyone benefits from it.

It supports the skin in a way that’s actually functional. Hydration, clarity, and overall balance without overwhelming the skin or disrupting the barrier.

Dehydrated, congested, breaking out, dull… it helps bring everything back to a healthier baseline so the skin can function properly again.

It also layers really well into almost any routine, which makes it an easy add without needing to overhaul everything else.

Simple, effective, and one of my go-to’s for a reason.

Skincare doesn’t need to be complicated… but it does need to make sense for your skin.

One of the biggest reasons people stay stuck is using products that don’t actually match their skin concerns.

The goal isn’t to use more.
It’s to use the right things.

If you’re really not sure, I’d love to help you build a routine for your unique skin needs.

My approach to acne isn’t what most people expect.

I don’t start by attacking the acne.

I start by calming inflammation first. Because if your skin is constantly inflamed, you’re just going to keep chasing breakouts.

Then we focus on clearing congestion. Not over-stripping, not overdoing it… just actually supporting the skin while we clean things up properly.

And once things are more stable, that’s when we can start working on things like pigment or scarring.

It’s not about doing everything at once…
it’s about doing the right things in the right order.

Step 1: calm inflammation
Step 2: clear congestion
Step 3: treat pigment/scarring
Stop chasing breakouts

Not necessarily.

Your entire routine usually doesn’t need a complete overhaul every season… but small adjustments can make a big difference.

As the seasons change, the products we need the most support from often change too.

For example:
• winter → more barrier support + hydration
• spring/summer → lighter hydration, more pigment support, increased SPF focus
• increased exfoliation in some cases
• heavier creams may no longer feel necessary

Usually your cleanser, moisturizer, SPF, OR treatment products are the things we tweak first… not your whole routine- just one or two of the products in your routine.

Good skincare is less about constantly changing everything and more about adjusting strategically based on what your skin is asking for and where you’re at in your skin journey/goals.
