Updated Schedule Notice

Due to recent circumstances, both morning and evening classes have been postponed until next week. Please see the updated schedule in the posted pictures.

7-Week Training Program

Train 3 days per week with a structured program designed to help you:

* Build strength

* Improve posture

* Increase flexibility & mobility

* Improve balance

* Help you drop in size while improving overall fitness

Each session includes

* Warm-up

* Stretches recommended by physiotherapists

* Yoga cool-down

Day 1
Full-body functional & resistance training + core work

Day 2
Core & posture-focused training + cardio with low-impact modifications

Day 3
Full-body functional & resistance training + core work
