For this core activation, don’t let your ribs flare and keep your navel in at all times ( it’s easy for it to flare out). You might start shaking while you’re practicing this activation, keep breathing and relax your face. Let us know in the comments how it goes .

Movement Monday. Gentle kidney Qi flow for Winter. In TMC, winter is governed by the kidneys. This is a time that invites rest, inward focus and conservation of warmth.
