I love this soup. My friend Lynn shared this recipe with me a few years ago. 🥰 I make it often and it comes together so quick for those harried weeknights. 🤪 Great for those cozy winter nights. The original recipe is from

Easy Gnocchi Soup

1 onion diced
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
1 small jar roasted red peppers chopped
1 carton veggie or chicken broth
1 package of potato gnocchi
1 pound ground pork you can use mild or spicy
2 cups of frozen kale fresh works too
1-2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cups cream to finish
shredded parm on top of each bowl

I cooked the pork in a frying pan with the Italian seasoning, garlic, onion and salt and pepper before adding it to the soup pot. 🥣

This matcha mix is great. I love matcha anything. 🍵 My sister got me on it. I added some protein milk to it to beef it up a bit. You can make it cold or hot. On sale for PBDD. I can send you a link 🔗 if you’d like.
