Everyone's favorite question - Is laser hair removal permanent?
Laser hair removal is not 100% permanent, but it is considered long-term hair reduction—and in many cases, results feel almost permanent with maintenance.
So what actually happens-
Laser (like your Soprano Ice Platinum) targets the pigment in the hair follicle and damages it so it can’t grow hair effectively anymore.
Results you can expect-
After full sessions (6–10+) Hair becomes much thinner, lighter, and slower-growing.
Many follicles stop producing hair completely.
Some hair may still come back usually fine, soft, and sparse.
Why it’s not fully permanent?
Hair grows in cycles—laser only works on active growth phase. Hormones (PCOS, pregnancy, puberty, stress) can trigger new growth.
The body can repair some follicles over time.
That's where maintenance is needed.
