We’re just 12 days out from the kickoff of our January 6th Healthy Living Group!
We are switching things up with our new H2 group!!! I’m super Excited to share the first line up of experts in the area of mind health, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle for the H2 movement. In addition to the meal plans, recipes and healthy living program for feeling optimally healthy, these experts will be bringing so much added value to the table to help all participants achieve their health goals!!

⭐️Stephanie Calhoun -Ayurvedic practitioner and Ayurvedic yoga specialist. She will be offering education, through posts and “lives”! A scheduled guided meditation that people can tune into and do from home or watch and meditate with playback! Also there will be a link to some amazing yoga practises that people can access.
⭐️Hilary LaBar- is a holistic nutritionist and has her own coaching business centred around nourishing the mind, body and soul. Nourishing you’re body will nourish your mind to kickstart your motivation!
Some of the topics she will be covering with posts and “live’s” on education and the importance of gut health, and your gut microbiome, and how to shift your self talk around food to serve you. She also knows lots of great recipes and fun things do and incorporate when eating, to properly fuel the body and reduce inflammation and weight gain!
⭐️Chris Macphee- Owner and operator of Atlantic Fitness Centre! He was certified at 17 with 33 years as a certified personal trainer, working with general population, young and pro athletes, Chris will be providing a few “live workouts” with a client to demonstrate, that will be scheduled and you can tune in from home, and do at home or the gym. Also he will be providing loads of workouts you can do on your own time as well as tons of great fitness tips and education.
⭐️Liz Macdonald- certified personal growth leader. Liz has been trained by the famous Robin Sharma, author of many NY times top selling books on personal growth. She will be providing some posts and a “live” scheduled training on topics related to personal growth!
