Mai a passé vite. T'as remarqué? 🌿
Les soirées s'allongent, la lumière est douce, les terrasses sont ouvertes, et les bains extérieurs dans cette lumière-là, c'est autre chose.

The evenings are getting longer, the light is soft, the terraces are open — and the outdoor baths in that kind of light? There's nothing quite like it.
Le chaud détend. Le froid réveille. Ensemble, ils font quelque chose d'autre. 🌿
Quand tu passes du bain chaud au bain froid, ton corps ne subit pas juste un changement de température : il se remet à zéro. Le système nerveux relâche, la circulation s'active, les muscles abandonnent leur tension.
C'est pour ça qu'on ressort du circuit thermal différent de quand on y entre. 👀
