OK so I have been using the Am/Pm pills from jeunesse for a month now and haven't really anything to report.... Until now. Last night I went to bed very early to bed with a good book as it was raining cats a dogs out. I fell asleep an hour later( 6pm). My alarm woke me up this morning at 6am! I SLEPT 12 HOURS!
