Lately, I’ve realized I’ve been pushing some important things aside—my boys’ sports, school events, and the little moments that matter most—to accommodate business.

The truth is, that’s not why I started this journey.

Years ago, I left my healthcare career to build a life with more freedom and flexibility so I could be present for my boys. Somewhere along the way, I found myself saying “yes” to everyone else and “later” to the very moments I worked so hard to create time for.

So, I’m making a conscious decision to take a small step back, create more balance, and be more intentional with my time.
