Some days it's just so hard to get motivated, that's why I'm thankful for Challenge Groups. They not only keep me accountable, but, also provide the inspiration I need to get me to do those lousy 30 minutes on days when I'd rather not.

It's my day off from work today and instead of sleeping in I got up early and by 7am was already out of the house enjoying a 5km bike ride!
