💆 Most underrated treatment? Red light therapy and lymphatic drainage.
💆 One skincare myth you’d love to retire forever? Not ALL oil based products clog pores, and some can in fact be an incredible cleanser or moisturizer for the right skin type!
💆 Your go-to skincare product? My oil cleanser! Haha obsessed
💆 Biggest self-care tip? You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself

I hope every client leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed, and a little more confident than when they arrived.

I focus on creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where clients can truly relax. My goal is to make every appointment feel like a break from the busy world outside.

I truly love what I do. Building genuine connections and relationships with my clients is one of the best parts of my job, and I feel incredibly grateful that people trust me to be part of their self-care routine. Seeing someone leave feeling happy and confident never gets old. I will always celebrate your wins!

This service was designed for people who are overstimulated, socially drained, anxious, burnt out, neurodivergent, in caregiving roles, or who are constantly “on”.
