My lovely, badass friend over has done it again! With a crazy busy schedule I’m not complaining about as I climb my way to my goals, she ensures I’m being kind to my body and fueling my energy with all that deliciousness! Watching that sodium intake, cutting out refined sugars, drinking alllll the waters also help optimize post treatment results!! She’s a bright light and the best chef/meal prepper!!
