When you're an adult, finding the perfect water bottle brings a ridiculous amount of happiness 🤣 It's insulated and kept my coffee warm while I was outside in sub zero temps for hours. It's stainless steel so I can safely use it with my citrus essential oils, which will break down lower grade plastics. There's a handle, it's light weight and has a silicon base so it doesn't slide around. The top opens up for easy cleaning and filling. Plus there is a no spill spout to drink comfortably from. Adding a drop of doTERRA lemon oil to your water can help support healthy cleansing and digestion. I find the extra flavor helps me drink more too.

Made this cute little DIY Macrame essential oil diffuser with my team on our weekly Zoom call today. One of the fun parts of being a doTERRA member is learning from others fun ways to use your essential oils. You can hang this on your car mirror, purse or use it as a key chain. Simply put a drop of your favorite essential oil to the cotton cord and enjoy some aromatherapy wherever you go. Arborvitae is known as the tree if life and it smells Ike walking through a forest. I love the start of a new year. It feels fresh and optimistic. We had a quiet NYE at home watching fireworks and playing games. Today we went for a lovely but short snowshoe. It was very cold!

I don't have a lot of set resolutions but I do like to start every year doing Yoga with Adriene's 30 Day yoga journey and doTERRA's 30 day cleanse and restore program. The doTERRA cleanse and restore program focuses on three different stages to cleanse, detoxify and restore your gut including digestive enzymes and probiotics. A large part of your immune system is in your GI tract so it's especially important now to take good care of it!

If that's too much, drinking more water is a good place to start. I like to add a drop of Lemon or other doTERRA citrus essential oil and a few drops of liquid stevia per cup. Citrus oils help reduce cravings.

Please check to be sure your essential oil is food grade before ingesting. Most brands are for aromatic use only and not safe to consume.
