Do you wake up looking like a messy kitten, but want to show up in life like a fierce lion? How could you if you have never really been taught how to take care of your hair?
I have got something you're going to want to attend. I am putting on a talk called "From salon splurge to everyday hair struggle". You love your hairstylist and they make you look like a million bucks when you walk out of the salon. What if you knew how to do it all yourself? Sitting in my audience, you will see patterns that you carry when it comes to your thoughts about your hair and you'll start to feel a shift with it. Sign up for my free seminar on Thursday April 23rd at 6:30pm, 32 Mersey DR.

The week has passed, I have put on my big girl πŸ‘–, I have consulted my inner support system and it's time I announceπŸ“£πŸ“£πŸ“£ that I will be stepping heavy into a new consulting role and putting on monthly talks about spending habits at hair salons and the struggles that still exists when you sit one on one by your self infront of your bathroom mirror.

There is no such course called,
* How to do your hair
* How to fall in πŸ’˜with your hair
* Why does my hair never look the same as when my perfect and wonderful hair stylist does it...😍
Doom scrolling to find hair hacks or tips, don't work because your hair is unique and I am here to be your personalized hair consultant.
Please join me for education, eye brow raising and laughs so we can create a new hair journey path for your self.

My first TALK is coming up Thursday April 23rd and you are invited. Watch out for my next post with the link to sign up.

Thank you in advance for the people who asked in person what I was up to and who gave me very encouraging messges to keep moving forward with this adventure. Speaking on the topic of hair and in person is my passion. Sray tuned for my next steps.

Lately I have been talking to my clients about exposing some of their natural colour. This is an example of a few things I'm trying to point out
1. Your hair might not be grey when you actually grow it out. It could be more like white
2. This colour is all natural on the sides
3. When we meet people, we ask ourselves...what do they notice first? At this point I coloured her hair 5 weeks ago and yes she has a re-growth but our eyes immediately go to the sides and the contrast in colour.
Think that when you are starting to get into colouring your hair or how you can start to grow some of your natural out to see what it actually looks like.

Drop a line below if you have any questions about growing your colour out or creative ideas your looking for in regards to your salt & pepper hair.

Men be proud of the hair you are walking around with. If you're going to stop me on the street and ask me 'what should I do with my hair'. I'm going to tell you...
πŸ“Œ Grow in out, gain some length
πŸ“Œ Try something new, change your part, get a perm, try some grey blending
πŸ“Œ Invest in good products that don't weigh down your hair and continue to encourage hair growth
πŸ“Œ If your growing your changing your style and need to gain length, continue to see your barber or stylist at the same intervals as you normally would, just getting a maintenance clean up every 2nd time.
πŸ“Œ Stop using 2-1. YOUR HAIR US FALLING OUT BECAUSE IF IT

Open up a πŸ₯«or πŸͺ±πŸͺ± and start the conversation

You have blonde hair
You absolutly love it when you leave the salon
You pay a lot of money to get it done and sit for a long time in the salon
And in as short as four weeks, it look blah, drab, does not look as icy blonde or cool tone that you walked out with.
Well, what are you doing to keep it looking its best??? Are you using high end products on your high proced ticket hair? Are you washing it everyday and washing away the toner? Do you use protective products like leave-in conditioners, treatments or heat protectors?
Create a hair routine that works for you and encourages your hair to perform at its best.

This is what a snow day and owning your own business looks like. On Tuesday February 10th, Corbin and I were supposed to go to mount Packenham for a ski day. Turned out the busses were cancelled due to a snow storm coming and therefore the ski day was cancelled as well 😞.

Since I was supposed to go skiing I didn't have any clients booked and at first thought I was going to send Corbin to school, so I could tackle a lot of work (marketing, advertising, hair consulting work and online hair extension training) that I had been neglecting. I thought about it more and quickly changed my mind.
A) spending time with your little ones is the script for having a good time
B) Mr. Corbin is getting his tonsils out Monday Feb 23rd and will be laying low for a while, so let's get outside while we can.

We started our day at the tobogganing hill near Tony Graham arena, got interviewed by CTV news, had lunch at Swiss Chalet and bought a bracelet making kit at Michael's so he (we) could make his classmates valentines day jewelry. I would score our day 10/10 and pretty sure but going to school and hanging out with mom(and friends) was pretty cool too.
