Never be afraid to dive deeper.

This message came through strong while away.

It came while I was learning to dive.

It came while I was treading water.

It came while I had a heartwork session with a client while on the water.

It's easy to stay surface level.

It's easy to explain away our feelings.

It's easy to avoid healing.

But sooner or later it catches up with you.

And then you feel hopeless, stuck, confused, depressed, miserable. This is no way to live. YOU can change your trajectory.

But first, you need to be willing to let go of the things that don't serve your soul's best interest.

You need to be willing to dive deeper, and pull back more layers to discover the real root of the sadness.
