Lighting can be tricky in the studio — sometimes the camera just doesn’t do justice to the true color we see in person. My client came back the next day and sent me a photo in natural lighting, and the results speak for themselves! ✨

She had been struggling with very warm, brassy tones in her hair. After trying different techniques and color lines, I had a hard time completely removing that brass — until now.

As many of you know, I’m still a junior stylist working solo, so I rely a lot on self-education, research, and trial and error to keep improving. Recently, I switched to using Redken, and the difference has been incredible — consistent, even results with no brass. I’m obsessed! 💇‍♀️💛
