As we proceed into this next phase of removing restrictions, please be patient with us as we navigate how this impacts the personal service industry. We are waiting on guidance from WorkSafe BC and Fraser Health to see what the best approach is moving forward as we cannot physically distance with our clients. B.C. to reopen hair salons, barber shops in mid-May under COVID-19 pandemic Businesses will need to implement measures to maintain physical distancing and reduce or eliminate waiting areas.

With heavy discussions today, and closely following what is happening throughout the province, we have made the difficult decision to close the salon as of Wednesday, March 18th, 2020. This has been a very emotional and difficult decision, especially not knowing what this looks like for our industry & stylists moving forward through the next couple of weeks. These are preventable measures to ensure our clients & staff stay healthy and safe. We are a small community salon and want to make sure that we do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 sooner than later, so we can get back behind the chair. As of right now we will close until March 31st, and will re-evaluate prior to, to see where we are at. If you have an appointment booked during this time, your stylist will be contacting you to reschedule to a later date. Here at Positive Eyedentities, we are taking all safety precautions to keep you safe through this time. The health of our guests and staff is our top priority, we have already increased our daily cleaning and sanitation protocols. Please kindly wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer as you come in the salon as every extra step we take will help keep us safe.
