The day finally came-
My last day snuck up on me way too fast!
It’s been an amazing 7 years at Chrome 💚
The timing of this chapter ending and the next one beginning is all lining up so perfectly.
I will be officially taking a break from hair!
My hand needs more time to fully recover from the brake in my car accident last fall. I don’t think I can fully say goodbye to hairdressing- it’s way too fun and I love it so much-but I need to, at least for a little while.
I don’t even know where to begin, or what to say. I’m excited for this new chapter! But my heart is hurting knowing I’m leaving such a huge part of my life behind. I have had the pleasure of working at Chrome for 7 years. And during that time, I have been truly changed. I’ve made wonderful friends, and friends who’ve become family. I’ve had the privilege of getting to know so many incredible people who continuously show up and support me and everyone here at Chrome. You have filled my life with so much joy throughout the years, and saying thank you doesn’t begin to cover all the gratitude that I’m feeling.
The last few months have felt like Groundhog Day. Telling clients all day every day that I’m leaving, and sharing how much I’ll miss them and how we can keep in touch. It’s been a humbling reminder of how fortunate I’ve been.
I really am so grateful to have the clients that I have grown to so know well over the years❤️
Lastly—I am SO grateful for for giving me a chance as a brand new apprentice when opening up her very own salon + spa in 2018. She has been the greatest boss and mentor, and has become an even greater friend 💕 has trained me in all things spa. It’s knowledge and passion that cultivated a skill I can never repay her for. All of the staff at Chrome have shaped a huge part of life and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them! We’ve all gone through such big milestones together❤️ I seriously have worked at the best place with the best people and the best clients.

2 more weeks of Chrome 🩷
I’ve been putting this off for too long, because this goodbye is a little too hard to accept.
I am moving! Moving to Airdrie to be closer to my favourite guy.
My last day is July 4th, and if you haven’t booked in yet- go sn**ch up those haircut appointments while you can!
I started writing a big thank you that turned into a novel, so I’ll save that for my last day❤️

Exciting news 🥳 I am coming back to work!
I still have some recovering to do, so I will be easing into it. I will be part time, with shorter hours. In order to best manage this, my online booking will not be open yet. Please call Chrome 4033283842 to book your appointment!

Dear clients,
I appreciate your patience and understanding as your appointments are being moved around. Sadly, I was in a major car accident this week and will have to take a few months off to recover. I’m grateful for the amazing support and care I’ve received, and for the huge support that the ladies at Chrome have been. They’ve made this transition as smooth as possible for me❤️ Please contact chrome in regards to your current and future appointments! I look forward to seeing you all in my chair again soon!
