This little piece is about what I have struggled with in the past, and about what I struggle with in the present, and how I visualize it. It feels like as if all my hurt, emotions, and traumas constantly swarm me, and there is no escape. It also feels like there are no words to describe how I feel, as I do not know how to name my emotions or talk about the things I went through, without miscommunication.

It is a mental health mash up of all my disorders, ab*sers, and traumas and what they put me through.

I hope this can help eliminate some stigma, and show some of the truth of many others, not just myself or my own experience.
