Collaboration is key to strengthening dementia care across Ontario.
We were pleased to welcome members of the Overnight Respite Community of Practice to McCormick Dementia Services for an in-person meeting and tour.
This Community of Practice brings together organizations from across Ontario, particularly London and the GTA, to share resources, learnings, and strategies that support successful overnight respite programs in our communities.
We know that having a safe, affordable, and enjoyable option for an overnight stay is so important for people living with dementia and their care partners. We're proud to work alongside other organizations that share our commitment to strengthening these services and improving support for families across Ontario.
