We would like to welcome Nadia to our team at Active Body Lab.
Nadia is an Osteopathic Manual Therapy student with extensive hands-on training in manual assessment and treatment. She has a strong interest in functional anatomy, biomechanics, and whole-body health, and focuses on identifying the root cause of pain rather than only treating symptoms.

Her approach is gentle, precise, and individualized, using manual techniques to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. She has a particular interest in rotational movement and athletic mechanics, and is currently completing research related to movement patterns and performance.

Most people are treating massage like emergency care.

They wait until:
*They can't turn their head
*Their low back is screaming
*Their headaches won't stop
*Or They're one bad nights sleep away from breaking down

That's backwards.

Massage isn't a reward.
It's maintenance.

*If you workout
*If you sit at a desk.
*If you carry stress in your shoulders
*If you're the one holding everything together for everyone else.

You need bodywork before you break down.

Most active adults do best every 2-4 weeks.
Not once a year.
Not "when it gets bad."

Your body is your asset.
Start treating it like one.

Be honest....
How long has it been?
