Hello my wonderful clients!

With Covid 19 restrictions still lifting, I just wanted to keep you informed of some changes.

As of June 11th, 2022...masks are no longer mandatory for a massage treatment! So, if you wish to wear one or not wear one, the choice is yours. I will, of course, respect all of your decisions to mask or not mask....and if you feel more comfortable with me still wearing one during your treatment, I will do so.

For the time being, I will still be screening when you arrive and all cleaning protocols will remain in place.

I am so excited to see all of your smiling faces again! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

A month or two ago, the company I use for my online scheduler launched a mobile app for clients!!! This is really exciting as it will give you more accessibility to my schedule and it's more convenient to book, cancel or reschedule your appointments.
I'm still figuring out how this works but I think you can either scan this QR code to your phone and find my link https://chevonnehopper.as.me/ or download the app (Acuity Scheduling Client) from the App Store and use the same link. If you are interested in trying this out and have any questions, please reach out to me and I will do my best to answer them. I will be learning how to use this through your experience too lol!

Well Hello Everyone!

I hope you all are doing well and staying safe and healthy!
With all the craziness going on since I reopened in July, I have not had the time to update this page. I apologize and will be making a conscious effort to update during the Christmas holidays.
As you all know, we will be going into a lockdown as of Dec 26th. This will not be impacting Massage Therapists so when I return in January, I will be continuing care for those already booked in. My protocols will still be restricted to the procedures already set and I will be going back to not taking new clients until the lockdown is lifted. I am sorry for any inconvenience but I feel it is necessary to help keep myself and regular clients safe.
I want to thank all of you for your support and patience during this year! It has been a pleasure to be part of your health care and your dedication and cooperation has made it easier to keep doing the job I love.

Hello friends!

Hope you and your families are safe and well during these uncertain times. All of my clients have been on my mind since the COVID-19 virus has gotten out of hand and I just wanted to reach out to provide you with some info regarding future appointments and to let you know I am thinking of you.

As most of you know, I have been off since Mar 11/20 due to needing surgery. Thank you to all who have messaged me to check in and see how I am doing. It has meant so much to me. Surgery went well and I have been recovering beautifully! This self isolation makes it easier to stay put and relax hahaha. During this healing time, the spread of this virus has caused a lot of things to change drastically...which I'm sure you have all been watching through the news and/or experiencing for yourself.
My scheduled date to return from surgery was to be for April 6th. Unfortunately since the service I am in is non-essential, the governing body I am registered under has told all RMTs across Ontario to stop all treatments until further notice. Taking this precaution will ensure the protection and safety of clients, as well as helping to stop the spread of this virus. Your well being, of course, is very important to me so I agree with this temporary freeze on services and hope you are all doing your part in keeping you and your families safe and well too.
Since the future is yet unknown, I have no time frame to give to when I will be back up and running. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your appointments, if you need some exercises to loosen up those stiffening muscles, or if you just need some advice whether to use hot or cold compress....please do not hesitate to contact me. I am still here for you even if we can't be near each other right now. We can even chat if you need some outside conversation.
I will be contacting people individually, who have appointments prebooked, on a week by week basis until there is a definite answer to when we can be back to work. My online scheduler will remain open for people to reschedule or cancel appointments as well.
Kinda scary not knowing what the future holds right now but we are all in this together and I wish the best positive outcome for you all.

Today marks 10 years that I have been a Registered Massage Therapist!! It has been both challenging and rewarding in this profession, and I absolutely love what I do!
